Those shoes are absolutely hideous! That is probably why the poor man has fallen to the floor and looks to be crying....they don't match well with it's pretty gingham frock at all.
Hmmm, and the poor thing needs a bit of a waxing as well. Those hairy buttocks will shred that pink gingham like tissuepaper. Or perhaps it's the thought of the much-needed waxing that made him faint?

however bizarro the image may be, the detail and drawing are fantastic... unfortunately, there may be a nightmare in my future.
